Writing as thinking from the margins
Presented in partnership with the Wits Writing Centre
Phehello J. Mofokeng, publisher at Geko Publishing and author of A Note to Taiwa: Reflective Essay on the Music of Moses Molelekwa (2021), and Andrew Miller, author of Dub Steps (2015) and Senior Writing Fellow in the WWP, will focus on an exploration of the notion that self-expression automatically equates to personal catharsis and a discussion on the highs and lows and pros and cons of writing from the perspective of marginalisation.
