Michelle Constant was CEO at Business and Arts South Africa (NPC) for 11 years, until 2019. She is currently studying for her MPhil in Strategy at the University of Pretoria, whilst consulting diverse organisations on social impact and corporate social development, using cultural and creative intelligence and shared value tools. She hosts the weekend breakfast shows on Saturdays and Sundays between 07h00 and 10h00 on national public radio station SAFM 104-107, covering a mixed bag of topics including literature, culture, purpose, entrepreneurship and diverse lifestyle aspects. Michelle serves on the Boards of SA Tourism, the National Arts Festival, the MISTRA Indlulamithi Trust, and the Javett UP Arts Centre. She is well recognised as a facilitator and speaker at conferences and events, both nationally and internationally. In 2016 she was awarded the Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres, by the French government, for deepening cultural ties between France and South Africa.
