Gabrielle Mudiwa is an MA student in Creative Writing at Wits University. She is the winner of the Achmat Dangor Bursary Award. She is currently working on an anti-genre literary imagined / speculative archive that reenacts her grandfather’s time in Johannesburg in the 1950s. Her work interrogates memory, erasure and loss.
