Nompumelelo Afrika Gcaba is a published author of 16 books, She is a publisher at Macher Afrika Publishers, Podcaster at Unplug with Afrika, a founder and CEO at Macher Group of companies. She holds a degree in Bcom in Accounting with UKZN.
She is currently a founder and project manager at SHEroes of Africa, member at KwaZulu Natal Women Authors Forum. She serves as Education Secretary for eLearning Africa based in Accra Ghana, She is currently serving as CCIFSA provincial secretary under the Language and Publishing sector in KZN. She has received numerous awards in Sierra Leone, Kenya, DR Congo
She regards herself an activist for women and girls empowerment.
