Dr Halima Khunoethe is a Senior Government official in South Africa who has worked for more than 25 years’ in all three tiers of Government, currently Heads the National Office of Standard and Compliance at the Department of Public Service and Administration.
She advises cabinet members including the President on aspects related to the Capacity of the State.
She has published three books. His Excellency the President – Mr Cyril Ramaphosa has foreworded all three books, Her third book will be published later this year,
She is the co-founder of the KZN Women Authors Forum, Has concluded assisting the South African Council of Educators (SACE) in publishing their first book, to be launched in April 2023 and serves on various editorial committees of publishing houses.
She was the first elected chairperson of the women management forum in KZN. She is a board member of the Muslim Relief Alliance and Minara Business Chamber.
Dr Khunoethe is currently concluding her Private Pilot Licence (PPL).
